“thy word have i hidden in my heart…(number 12)” — PRINT

to hide the word, the song, in one’s hear, and its relation to the head. i’ve been trying to really consider the relationship between what we know and what we feel, how the categorical distinction between the mind and body, between thought and flesh, between knowledge and emotion, don’t actually exist, that these distinctions are creations we have to contend against. so the silhouette. the head, my head, full of sound and song and world and word. stitched together, sewn together. it all goes into who i am. so another occasion, yet and again, to think through what it means to live a blackqueer life.
